WickedBinge is currently seeking a creative scriptwriter to work on scripts for our YouTube channel. This is a part-time role and assignments will include scripts in many of our usual fun, entertaining formats. Such as “Good to Evil”, “Who Would Win Squid Game?”, “Who Would Survive ____?” and more.

We are looking for writers who can write broadly on animation topics. For instance, being familiar with Disney, Pixar, Dreamworks Animation, Sony Animation, Illumination, Nickelodeon, etc.

Researching shows, movies, characters, plots, etc. will be required.

We’re really looking for someone who can write in our style and tone. Well researched content related to various animated properties that respects their fandoms; and sticks to our channel’s fun, lighthearted and humorous tone.

There may be some potential to write for our 1upBinge channel too. (Nintendo and videogame themed scripts).

We have detailed script templates which will help writers learn to write well in our formats. Deadlines can also be pretty relaxed.

Qualifications:

• Great writing, grammar and editing skills.

• The ability to proof read your scripts properly before submitting them.

• Knowledge and love of animation and cartoons.

• The ability to write in an upbeat tone that works well for video narration.

• Research skills.
